From Montrose, Colorado, Take Highway 550 south to Ridgeway. Turn right onto Highway 62 to Placerville and stay on Highway 145 toward Norwood. About 1 mile beyond the top of Norwood Hill, Turn left onto 44ZS (Lone Cone Road). If you go into Norwood, you have gone to far. About thirteen miles later, the road will fork. Turn right onto Miramonte Rd which turns into 31U. Go 5 miles, and turn right on to 39N. New Beginnings Ranch’s front gate is located about 1.5 miles from the beginning of 39N on the right side of the road. Look for a sign on the right side of the road. Stay on the gravel drive. The campground a little over 1 mile from the front gate.
From Monticello, UT Take US 491 S/E for 23 miles. Turn left on CO 141 N and go 44 miles. Take a right onto County Rd U29E at Basin Store (out of business but good landmark). Go 2 miles then turn right onto 31U Rd and go about 11 miles (becomes gravel with curves). Turn left on 39N (gravel) and go about 1.5 miles. New Beginnings Ranch sign is on your right. Turn right through our gate and follow the gravel road to campground.
If you choose to use GPS, put Miramonte Reservior, CO in as your destination. From Miramonte Reservior go north on 31U and make the first right onto 39N. Go 1.5 miles and look for New Beginnings Ranch sign on your right. Turn right through our gate and follow gravel road to campground.
